This studio painting was completed after an amazing five-day horse backcountry trip. We left from Fish Lake, a short distance from Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Six of us friends, and two fabulous guides from Shine Valley Expeditions who led us and our 14 horses into the gorgeous backcountry.
Rose Lake was our destination. A beautiful and inspiring place!
